Hi, I'm ItykaYour Guide to Mindful Living

Thank you for being here. I'm a certified Yoga instructor, originally from Rohru, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, and currently based in the sacred landscapes of Ladakh, India.
My journey into Yoga began in 2015 in Dehradun, where I had the good fortune of learning from Dr. Meena Dhapola Singh. After college, I enrolled for a Diploma in Yogic Science at Yog Vidya Niketan in Vashi, Mumbai — an institute founded by Padmshri Sadashiv Prahlad Nimbalkar Guruji. I later continued my practice with Mr. Dilesh Telwane, whose sincerity and presence made a lasting impression on me.
In the years that followed, I deepened my practice at Dr. Ramesh Shetty's Ashtanga Yogshala, and completed my TTC in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga through Dr. Nutan’s AYG Academy. I also had the opportunity to study Pranayama with Acharya Vinay Kumar at his institute Pranavashya in Mysore.
It's been a continuous process of learning and growing, and I'm incredibly grateful for all the teachers who have shaped me both as a practitioner and as a teacher myself.
In 2021, I moved to Ladakh, and it’s here, amidst the vast mountains and quiet rhythms of life, that I found my true home. Connecting with the ancient wisdom and traditions here, and living a slower, more intentional way of life close to nature, has helped me reconnect with the core values of Yoga—the Yamas and Niyamas have now become a part of how I live and see the world. The land has shown me the power of solitude, the beauty in simplicity, and the deep strength that comes from stillness. It is in this sacred space that I’ve learned to see life through a lens of gratitude, joy, and mindfulness—and it is this perspective that I wish to share with the world.
Whether through the practice of Yoga or the embrace of stillness, I’m here to guide you on your journey to clarity, self-awareness, and inner strength.
See you on your mat!
